Mumbai, February 27, 2026: Embassy Office Parks REIT has informed the stock exchanges that its Debenture Committee has approved the allotment of 1,40,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to a principal amount of up to ₹1,400 crore .

Debenture Details

The Series XVI Debentures have a tenure of 10 years, with a coupon rate of 7.49% per annum payable quarterly from the deemed date of allotment (February 27, 2026) up to the scheduled redemption date. The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited .

The coupon rate was discovered on the basis of the multiple yield allotment method through the Electronic Book Building Platform of BSE Limited on February 26, 2026 .

Consideration Received

Embassy REIT has received consideration of ₹1,400 crore against the aggregate principal amount of up to ₹1,400 crore .
