Government Takes Direct Responsibility

Impact on Real Estate and Connectivity

The development of these roads is expected to significantly improve connectivity across New Gurugram, linking residential sectors with commercial hubs, the Dwarka Expressway, and other major arterials. Improved infrastructure will likely enhance property values and attract further investment to the region, which has seen rapid population growth and residential project development without commensurate infrastructure development .
