Prestige Group Partners with BMRCL to Upgrade Bellandur Metro Station
Bengaluru, 21 February 2026: Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced a landmark partnership with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) to adopt and co-brand Bellandur Metro Station as “Prestige Bellandur Metro Station.”
Under the 30-year agreement, Prestige Beta Projects Private Limited will invest 115 crore (excluding GST) for station upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and long-term branding rights. The deal provides:

Exclusive station naming rights for 30 years

3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space

1,000 sq. ft. of advertising space

Future provision for an elevated connectivity bridge to Prestige Lakeshore Drive
Located on the 17 km ORR Metro Corridor from Silk Board to KR Puram, Bellandur Station serves India’s largest office micro-market, connecting thousands of daily commuters. Prestige will upgrade interiors, station finishing, and amenities to global metro standards while adhering to IGBC green building benchmarks.
