Juni Indore SDM Ghanshyam Dhangar said: "The encroached area spanned approximately 30,000 square feet, where 12 houses had been illegally constructed. The structures were completely demolished during the drive to restore the land to the state government. The market value of the reclaimed land is estimated to be around 30 crore."
Warning
The administration has warned that strict action will continue against land mafia and persons who illegally occupy government property.
Security Arrangements
Heavy police force and revenue officials were present at the site to ensure the drive concluded without any law and order disruptions.
