New Delhi, May 7: Aptus Value Housing Finance announced a 25.52 per cent rise in net consolidated profit for FY26, reaching ₹942.94 crore. Total income also saw a growth of 24.86 per cent. The company declared a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share.

Financial Performance

The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹2,245.48 crore in FY26, a growth of 24.86 per cent from ₹1,798.40 crore in FY25. In Q4 FY26, total income grew by 18.80 per cent to ₹593.11 crore, while profit after tax increased by 26.05 per cent to ₹260.95 crore.

MD's Statement on Strategy

P. Balaji, managing director of the company, said, "During the year, we discontinued sanctions below ₹7 lakh to on-board higher-quality customers. While this led to temporary moderation in disbursements in Q1 and Q2, we rebounded strongly in Q4. On asset quality, collection efficiency improved, leading to reduction in GNPA and 30+ DPD." 30+ DPD declined by 27 bps to 6.21%. GNPA stood at 1.52% as against 1.19% in FY25, while Net NPA was at 1.15%.

Dividend and NCD Approval

The board of directors declared a second interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (125%) of face value of ₹2 each for FY26. The board also approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding ₹3,000 crore by way of private placement in one or more tranches.

AUM and Disbursements

Assets-under-management (AUM) as of March 31, 2026, stood at ₹13,107 crore, registering a growth of 21 per cent year-on-year. Disbursements were at ₹1,242 crore in Q4 FY26, reporting a growth of 17 per cent year-on-year. Full-year disbursements were at ₹4,009 crore in FY26, witnessing a growth of 11 per cent year-on-year. As on March 31, 2026, net worth stood at ₹4,274.11 crore and debt-equity ratio was 1.21.
