Arisinfra Subsidiary Secures ₹650 Crore DaaS Contract for Wadhwa's Panvel Township

New Delhi, May 7: Arisinfra Solutions' subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions has secured an eight-month service order from Wadhwa Construction & Infrastructure for its township project Wadhwa Wise City in Panvel, involving project execution and monetisation support for inventory linked to an estimated gross development value of about ₹650 crore.

Contract Details

The order is for providing Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS), including deployment of its Catalyst module, to support execution and monetisation of occupancy certificate-ready or near-completion phases of the project. The engagement commenced on May 1, 2026, and is for a period of eight months, with possibility of extension by mutual written consent.

Financial Terms

According to the filing, the mandate covers project execution and monetisation with an estimated achievement of up to ₹400 crore out of a gross development value of about ₹650 crore. The company also said there are plans to release additional inventory worth ₹400 crore. The consideration for the order includes fixed monthly fees and a percentage linked to the gross development value.
