DLF's Net Profit Rises 1.10% to 4,414.68 Crore in FY26

New Delhi, May 14: DLF reported a modest 1.10% growth in net consolidated profit for FY26, reaching 4,414.68 crore. Total income saw a 9.12% increase to 9,816.04 crore, with new sales bookings at 20,143 crore.

Q4 FY26 Performance

In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income declined 37.46 per cent to 2,093.82 crore, compared to 3,347.77 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax dipped 1.06 per cent to 1,268.56 crore in Q4 FY26, against 1,282.20 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Dividend and Sales Performance

The board of directors recommended a dividend of 8 per equity share of face value of 2 each for FY26 (400 per cent). New sales bookings for the fiscal year stood at 20,143 crore, reflecting strong demand for the company's residential offerings.

Rental Portfolio

DLF's rental portfolio stands at 50 million sq ft and continues to operate at occupancy of 95 per cent, demonstrating sustained demand for its commercial assets despite broader market challenges.
