Sri Lotus Developers' Net Profit Rises 6.77% to ₹243.30 Crore in FY26

New Delhi, May 13: Sri Lotus Developers reported a 6.77% rise in net profit to ₹243.30 crore in FY26. The company's total income grew significantly by 43.82% to ₹818.71 crore, with strong pre-sales of ₹1,157 crore contributing to performance.
Q4 FY26 Performance
In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income grew by 62.53 per cent to ₹322.03 crore, compared to ₹198.13 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax rose 17.50 per cent to ₹100.92 crore in Q4 FY26, against ₹85.89 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
CMD Statement on Performance
Anand K Pandit, chairman & managing director, said, "FY26 was a very strong year for Lotus Developers, as we achieved our pre-sales guidance with bookings of ₹1,157 crore, registering a strong 137 per cent year-on-year growth. Looking ahead, FY27 is expected to be another strong year. We plan to launch six projects with estimated GDV of ₹5,000–5,500 crore and are guiding for pre-sales of ₹1,800–2,000 crore."
Project Additions and Dividend
During FY26, the company added nine new projects with cumulative gross development value (GDV) of ₹8,500–9,000 crore. It plans to launch six projects in FY27 with estimated GDV of ₹5,000-5,500 crore. The board of directors recommended a final dividend of 50 per cent, i.e., ₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹1 for FY26. Pre-sales stood at ₹1,157 crore growing 137 per cent year-on-year, while collections were at ₹376 crore in FY26.
