New Delhi, May 12: Keystone Realtors reported a net profit decline of 49.53% to ₹94.95 crore in FY26. However, the company's total income saw a substantial 28.07% increase, with strong pre-sales and business development including five new projects.

Financial Performance

The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹2,716.85 crore in FY26, a growth of 28.07 per cent from ₹2,121.44 crore in FY25. In Q4 FY26, total income grew by 151.22 per cent to ₹1,613.36 crore, while profit after tax dipped 4.93 per cent to ₹63.65 crore.

Pre-Sales and Collections

Boman Irani, chairman and managing director, said, "Pre-sales for FY26 stood at ₹40.22 billion, a 33 per cent year-on-year growth and 2.5 times what we achieved in FY23, reflecting a CAGR of 36 per cent in just three years. Our MMR market share has nearly doubled from FY23 to today. Collections reached ₹26.22 billion for FY26."

Business Development and Launches

On business development, the company added five projects with a total GDV of ₹104.20 billion, representing 118 per cent year-on-year growth. Further, the company launched seven projects with an estimated GDV of ₹98.13 billion, 96 per cent year-on-year growth. During FY26, the company completed six projects with a total construction area of 2.23 million sq ft.

Key Financial Ratios

As on March 31, 2026, its net worth stood at ₹2,863.32 crore, debt-equity ratio was 0.51, current liability ratio was 0.83, total debts to total assets was 0.22, operating margin was 12.3 per cent and net profit margin was 3.7 per cent.
