Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures ₹537 Crore Contract from TenX Realty for Raymond Limited's Thane Project

Mumbai, February 26, 2026: Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has received a Letter of Intent from TenX Realty Limited (on behalf of Raymond Limited) for a total contract value of approximately ₹537 crore, excluding GST. The order is for the "Construction of Towers F, G, NTA and Retail Building in the Address by GS-3 Project and Invictus-2 Project at Thane West."

The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the company's ordinary civil contracting operations.
