Agra: ADA Prepares for Bulk Sale of 170 Unpopular Flats at ADA Heights

The Agra Development Authority is preparing for the bulk sale of 170 unsold 2BHK and 3BHK flats at ADA Heights. These flats, constructed in 2014, have remained unpopular and unsold. The proposal for bulk sale was approved in the January board meeting, after which the flats will be sold to a builder or company for further marketing.

Agra, March 7, 2026: Declaring the unsold flats at ADA Heights as unpopular, the Agra Development Authority will sell them in bulk. The department is assessing the value of 170 vacant 2BHK and 3BHK flats, after which they will be sold together to a builder or company who will then market them for sale .
 

Project Background

ADA launched ADA Heights in Taj Nagari Phase-2 during 2007-08, and the project was completed in 2014. It comprises seven 12-storey blocks and two 13-storey blocks, with a total of 582 flats including 200 1BHK units, 200 2BHK units, 108 3BHK units, and 74 4BHK units. Approximately 170 2BHK and 3BHK flats remain unsold to date .
 

Bulk Sale Plan

In the January board meeting, ADA proposed declaring these flats as unpopular and selling them through bulk sale, which received approval. ADA Vice Chairman M. Arunmoji stated that the value of the ADA Heights flats is being assessed for the bulk sale .
 

Under the bulk sale plan, the flats will be sold in a single transaction to a developer or company, which will then handle their marketing and sale to individual buyers .
