Housing Board Offers Up to 15% Discount on Siddharth Vihar Plots and Flats in Ghaziabad Until March 31

The UP Housing Board is offering festive season rebates on residential units in its 635-acre Siddharth Vihar township, strategically located along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, just five minutes from Ghaziabad rapid rail and Shaheed Sthal metro stations. Buyers can avail up to 15% rebate on payments made within 60 days, and 10% on payments between 61-90 days.

Ghaziabad, March 7, 2026: The UP Housing Board is offering a festive-season rebate of up to 15% on plots and residential units in its Siddharth Vihar township until March 31 .

Township Location and Connectivity

Spanning over 635 acres, the township is 30% developed, but its strategic location makes it a preferred residential destination. Located along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, the township is a 5-minute drive from Ghaziabad rapid rail and Shaheed Sthal metro stations .

Plot Pricing and Categories

The housing board has 56 plots in the 72 sqm category, priced between ₹93 lakh and ₹1 crore, and 101 plots in the 112 sqm category, priced between ₹1.5 crore and ₹1.6 crore. The plots are priced as per location .

For flats, buyers can avail a 15% rebate on payments made within 60 days, while payments made between 61 and 90 days of booking will get a 10% rebate .

Location-Based Pricing

In the 72 sqm category, flats facing parks, green belts, or located at a corner are priced ₹4 lakh more than the base price of ₹93 lakh. For plots that are park-facing and across roads that are 18 metres wide or more, the cost will be ₹11 lakh more than the base price of ₹93 lakh .

In the 112 sqm category, park- and green belt-facing, and corner plots are ₹7 lakh more than the base price of ₹1.5 crore. Plots that are park-facing and have a road width of 18 m or more are ₹18 lakh more than the base price of ₹1.5 crore .

Previous Rate Revision

Last year, the board hiked the plot rates by ₹6,180 per sq m from ₹58,820 per sq m. Currently, a 100 sq m plot in the township costs around ₹65 lakh .
