Lucknow, May 12: The Lucknow Development Authority is set to launch a new affordable housing project on Sitapur Road. Approximately 900 flats will be developed for LIG and EWS families, with ample parking and green spaces planned.

Unit Breakdown and Pricing

The scheme will include 582 LIG flats and 336 EWS flats in multistoried apartment towers. The LIG category will consist of 2BHK flats with an estimated cost of around Rs 35 lakh per unit. The EWS category will comprise 1BHK flats at approximately Rs 15 lakh.

Amenities and Facilities

All towers will be interconnected. The complex will include eight passenger lifts and three service lifts. Basement and stilt parking arrangements for more than 600 vehicles have also been planned. Additionally, around 3,000 square metres will be reserved for green spaces.

Timeline

LDA vice chairperson Prathamesh Kumar said the tendering process for the construction is expected to begin soon. The project aims to provide affordable housing options in a prime location on Sitapur Road.
