Ayodhya, March 7, 2026: The megastar of the century, Amitabh Bachchan's affection for Ramnagar's land continues to deepen. He has purchased his fourth major plot here, with registration of 2.67 acres of land completed on Friday .

The Latest Acquisition

Bachchan has purchased 2.67 acres of land in The House of Abhinandan Lodha for ₹35 crore. This transaction was completed through AB Corp Limited's Managing Director Rajesh Rishikesh Yadav via Power of Attorney. This land is located near 'The Saryu', a 75-acre project of The House of Abhinandan Lodha situated on the banks of the Saryu river in Ayodhya .

Previous Purchases

Earlier in January 2024, Amitabh Bachchan purchased approximately 10,000 square feet of land in The House of Abhinandan Lodha's project 'The Saryu' for about ₹14 crore. 'The Saryu' is a seven-star mixed-use enclave located along the Saryu river. He made this purchase just before the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol .

Prior to this, in 2025, he had purchased a 25,000 sq ft plot adjacent to The Saryu for ₹40 crore .

Strategic Investment in Ayodhya

The fresh land deal also reflects his confidence in Ayodhya as a rapidly emerging high-potential investment destination. Due to infrastructure development, improved connectivity, and large-scale infrastructure projects, Ayodhya has become the country's most significant spiritual, cultural, and real estate hub .
