Sobha Records Highest-Ever Annual Sales of ₹8,136 Crore in FY26, Up 30% YoY

Bengaluru, April 4: Sobha Limited concluded FY 2026 on a strong note, sustaining momentum built over the previous three quarters despite global uncertainties including trade policy shifts and geopolitical tensions in West Asia.

• Sales value: ₹2,039 crore (₹20,393 million)

• New sales area: 1.34 million sq ft

• Average price realization: ₹15,268 per sq ft

• Sobha share of sales: ₹1,634 crore (80.1%)
