Hapur, April 21: Industrial zones, as well as residential and commercial zones, will be established along the expressway.

Key Developments

High-Rise Residential Plans

High-rise residential schemes are being planned on both sides of the Ganga Expressway. This will help reduce vehicle pressure on the Delhi-Lucknow highway as well as in Noida-Ghaziabad.

Connectivity Enhancements

The expressway will be linked to:

  • Agra-Lucknow Expressway (Etawah)

  • Jewar Airport (Noida)

  • High-speed rail corridor (Meerut)

Industrial Corridor

Land acquisition is underway for industrial corridors on both sides of the expressway from Meerut to Hardoi. The Khadar area will be divided into sectors similar to Noida.

Residential Opportunity

Multi-storey towers and shopping malls are planned along the Ganga Expressway. This will provide a new destination for people searching for homes in Noida-Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Moradabad areas.

Rail Connectivity

The link expressway will be connected to the high-speed rail corridor, benefiting local traders, tourists, and pilgrims. Travel to religious and tourist destinations like Haridwar, Mathura, Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Hastinapur will become easier.

Airport Connectivity

A plan has been prepared to connect Meerut and Hastinapur to Noida International Airport in Jewar via the Ganga Expressway link expressway.

Project Phases

The expressway is being built in three parts. The first two phases cover Prayagraj to Meerut. The next phase will cover Meerut to Haridwar.
