Mumbai, April 21: The space has been taken up at Radius IT Park , part of the Hinjewadi IT Park cluster, from Indo Global Soft Solutions & Technologies under a fresh lease agreement that commenced from April 1.

  • Carpet area: ~3,29,000 sq ft

  • Location: Radius IT Park, Hinjewadi, Pune

  • Floors: Ground plus seven floors

  • Starting rent: ₹27.5 per sq ft per month

  • Monthly outgo: Over ₹1.25 crore

  • Lease tenure: 5 years
