PNB Housing Finance has reported a growth of 18.34 per cent in its net consolidated profit after tax during the financial year 2025-26, reaching ₹2,291.24 crore compared to ₹1,936.14 crore in FY25.

New Delhi, April 21: The company's net consolidated total income was up by 10.58 per cent to ₹8,505.04 crore in FY26 from ₹7,691.63 crore in FY25.

Q4 FY26 Performance

  • Net profit: ₹655.80 crore (up 19.15% from ₹550.38 crore in Q4 FY25)

  • Total income: ₹2,171.91 crore (up 6.63% from ₹2,036.78 crore)

Key Financial Metrics (as of March 31, 2026)

  • Net worth: ₹19,219.13 crore

  • Debt-equity ratio: 3.70

  • Net profit margin: 30.19%

  • Gross NPA: 0.93% (improved to sub-1%)

  • Net NPA: 0.57%

  • Capital risk adequacy ratio (CRAR): 27.26% (Tier I: 26.89%)

Asset Growth

  • Assets-under-management (AUM): ₹90,921 crore (up 13% YoY)

  • Retail loan assets: ₹86,946 crore (up 16% YoY) – 99.5% of total loan asset

  • Affordable and emerging markets segment: Grew 28% (40% of retail loan asset)

Disbursements (Q4 FY26)

  • Total disbursements: ₹9,355 crore (up 36% YoY)

  • Retail disbursements: ₹9,020 crore

  • Corporate lending: ₹335 crore

Dividend

The board recommended a dividend of ₹8 per equity share (face value of ₹10) for FY26.
