Noida to Get India's Tallest Taj Hotel with ₹1,000 Crore Investment by Gulshan Group and IHCL

Noida, March 20, 2026: Real estate firm Gulshan Group has partnered with Tata Group's Indian Hotels Company Limited with an investment of ₹1,000 crore to build India's tallest Taj Hotel in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project will also include Taj-branded service apartments .
Project Location and Timeline
The Taj Hotel will be constructed in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway. The project is expected to take five years to complete, meaning India's tallest Taj Hotel could open in Noida after five years .
Project Specifications
The 57-storey building will include both hotel and branded residences, featuring 150 Taj hotel rooms and 74 Taj-branded apartments. Construction has already begun. According to the company, the Taj-branded service apartments will be approximately 7,500 square feet in area. This is India's second Taj-branded residential project after Chennai .
Investment and Revenue Potential
Gulshan Group Founder Gulshan Nagpal stated, "We will invest ₹1,000 crore in building this project." The project is expected to generate approximately ₹2,000 crore in revenue .

IHCL CEO and MD Puneet Chhatwal commented, "India is one of the world's five largest economies. Here, demand for branded apartments and luxury products is increasing in urban areas. The unveiling of Taj Hotel and branded residences in Noida will establish a new standard of luxury in Delhi NCR" .
