Mumbai, April 22: According to data shared by MHADA, the housing authority has received 30,543 applications for 2,640 apartments up to April 21, 2026 (6 PM). Additionally, 17,257 Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) have been received.

  • Costliest apartment: ₹6.82 crore (Tardeo, South Mumbai, HIG, 1,838 sq ft)

  • Second costliest: ₹6.77 crore (Tardeo, 1,520 sq ft)

  • Most affordable: ₹29 lakh (Mankhurd, EWS, 300+ sq ft)

  • Goregaon affordable: ₹32 lakh

Construction Status

  • Total homes: 2,640

  • Under-construction: 1,762 apartments (66%)

  • Under-construction locations: Borivali East (128), Goregaon West (85), Kanamwar Nagar and Vikhroli

MP/MLA Quota

Of the 2,640 homes, 47 are reserved for sitting and former MPs and MLAs. The costliest apartment (₹6.82 crore) is reserved for sitting and former MLAs or MPs.
