Dalmia Bharat has reported a growth of 65.52 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the financial year 2025-26, reaching ₹1,157 crore compared to ₹699 crore in FY25.

New Delhi, April 28: The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹15,026 crore in FY26, a growth of 5.57 per cent from ₹14,233 crore in FY25.

Dividend

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share (face value of ₹2 each, i.e., 250 per cent) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Q4 FY26 Performance

  • Total income: ₹4,184 crore (up 2.53% from ₹4,290 crore in Q4 FY25)

  • PAT: ₹394 crore (down 10.25% from ₹439 crore in Q4 FY25)

  • Cement volumes: 8.8 million tonnes (up 3% YoY)

  • EBITDA: ₹902 crore (strong uptick in Q4)

Management Statement

Dharmender Tuteja, Chief Financial Officer, said: "During the quarter, our cement volumes improved by 3% YoY to 8.8 MnT. EBITDA saw a strong uptick to ₹902 crore in Q4. The recent improvement in cement prices is expected to help offset cost pressures arising out of geo-political uncertainties."
