Lucknow, India: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to launch registrations for 630 budget-friendly flats under its Atalnagar Housing Scheme, providing a fresh opportunity for homebuyers seeking affordable housing in the city.

Registration Timeline and Allotment

Registrations will open from April 18 and continue until May 17, 2026, through an online process. The allotment of flats will be conducted via a lottery system, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for applicants.

Flat Details and Pricing

The project is located in Devpur Para, Lucknow, and includes:

  • 539 one-bedroom flats
  • 91 two-bedroom flats

The units range in size from 30 sq m to 54.95 sq m, with prices starting from approximately ₹9.82 lakh, making them highly accessible for first-time buyers and low-income families.

Registration Fees

Applicants are required to pay a refundable registration fee:

  • ₹55,658 for one-bedroom flats
  • ₹1,00,852 for two-bedroom flats

The amount will be refunded if the applicant is not allotted a unit.

Amenities and Infrastructure

The Atalnagar project is designed to offer essential and modern living सुविधाएँ, including:

  • Water and electricity supply
  • Lifts and power backup
  • Security systems
  • Green spaces and children’s play areas
  • Dedicated parking

Additionally, LDA is planning further infrastructure improvements. During a recent site visit, officials were instructed to:

  • Propose a multi-level parking facility for around 500 cars
  • Complete drainage, rainwater harvesting, and sewer connections within a month
