Bombay HC Says MHADA Could Use Unclaimed Patra Chawl Flats for Public Housing
The Bombay High Court has set a deadline of April 30, 2026, for Goregaon Siddharth Nagar Sahakari Griha Nirman Sanstha Limited society members to take possession of their tenements. If members fail to do so, the court will allow MHADA to utilize these flats for public housing purposes.

Mumbai, April 18: The HC gave time to the society members to resolve all issues in the ongoing legal tussle over the Patra Chawl redevelopment.
