Italian Luxury Brand Tonino Lamborghini Partners with Signature Global for Gurugram Housing Project

New Delhi, April 18: The upcoming branded housing project, named 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram' , will be spread across 12.40 acres in Sector 71, Gurugram, and will comprise 812 luxury flats.

Italian Brand's Entry into India

With this partnership, Tonino Lamborghini is entering India's residential real estate market for the first time. Signature Global has entered into a licensing agreement with the Italian brand.

Financial Terms

While Signature Global did not disclose the investment amount, the company stated that the commercial terms include a fixed fee payable in installments, with an additional fee if total revenue exceeds a predetermined threshold.
