The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has approved 13 new real estate projects, including five in Lucknow, in its 200th board meeting.

Lucknow, April 17: The projects involve an investment of approximately ₹1,300 crore and will create 1,976 residential and commercial units across eight districts.

District-Wise Project Details

Ghaziabad leads in investment and units with two projects worth ₹767.58 crore that will create 1,137 residential units.

Gautam Buddh Nagar has one commercial project worth ₹141.14 crore with 21 units.

Lucknow has the highest number of projects (five) worth ₹66.55 crore, comprising 2 residential, 2 commercial, and 1 mixed-use project, totalling 404 units.

Mathura has one residential project worth ₹160.93 crore with 198 units.

Saharanpur has one residential project worth ₹131.49 crore with 83 units.

Bareilly has one residential project worth ₹16.33 crore with 84 units.

Moradabad has one residential project worth ₹13.86 crore with 29 units.

Varanasi has one commercial project worth ₹2.50 crore with 20 units.

Authority's Statement

Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UP RERA, said: "The 200th authority board meeting reflects the pace of continuous development. RERA will continue to promote balanced urban development in the state while ensuring time-bound approvals, strict monitoring, and protection of homebuyers' interests."

Economic Impact

The total investment of ₹1,300.38 crore will accelerate economic activities in the concerned districts. During the construction phase, increased demand for transport and engineering services will benefit local markets.
