New Delhi, April 23: A special license property cell has been formed for implementation. Six projects have been identified in the initial phase, with three major projects in Dwarka already approved.

Three Major Projects Approved

1. Five-Star Hotel (Sector 23, Dwarka)

  • Land area: ~2.524 acres

  • Developer: Juniper Hotels Limited

  • Specifications: Minimum 200 rooms

  • Annual license fee: ₹16.11 crore

  • Timeline for construction: 42 months

  • 55-year revenue for DDA: ~₹6,370 crore

2. Luxury Mall & Corporate Office (Sector 22, Dwarka) – Delhi's First TOD Project

  • Land area: 10.43 acres

  • Developers: Pratham Infratech Pvt Ltd, Unity Buildwell, South West Developers (consortium)

  • Features: Luxury mall, corporate offices, residential complex

  • Annual license fee: ₹27.51 crore

  • 55-year revenue for DDA: ~₹10,887 crore

  • Significance: Delhi's first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project auctioned on annual license fee model

3. Super Specialty Hospital (Sector 9, Dwarka)

  • Land area: 9.33 acres

  • Developer: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited

  • Specifications: NABH-accredited, 600 beds

  • Annual license fee: ₹33.30 crore

  • 55-year revenue for DDA: ~₹12,522 crore

Total Revenue Projection

DDA expects to generate over ₹29,700 crore in revenue over the next 55 years from these projects, which will be used for Delhi's development works.
