New Delhi, April 23: The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹412.43 crore in FY26, a growth of 50.71 per cent from ₹273.66 crore in the previous year.

Q4 FY26 Performance

  • Total income: ₹132.03 crore (up 75.29% from ₹75.32 crore in Q4 FY25)

  • PAT: ₹16.44 crore (vs loss of ₹9.87 crore in Q4 FY25)

Key Milestones

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) crossed ₹500 crore

  • Two consecutive quarters of profitability

Management Statement

Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of the company, said: "FY26 marks a defining year for Aurum PropTech, as we scaled beyond ₹500 crore ARR. This growth was underpinned by robust unit economics, resulting in two consecutive quarters of profitability. During the year, we strengthened our platform through the strategic acquisition of PropTiger, deepened our distribution capabilities with continued AI-led innovation at Sell.do, and expanded Aurum Analytica's geographic footprint."
