New Delhi, May 15: NBCC has secured new work orders worth ₹52.14 crore for an Amaravati office construction project and Sports Injury Centre O&M services, strengthening its infrastructure project pipeline.

Indian Overseas Bank Office Building – Amaravati

NBCC has been awarded a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract for the construction of an office building for Indian Overseas Bank in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The order value is approximately ₹20.15 crore (excluding GST). This project further strengthens NBCC's footprint in India's developing administrative and financial hubs.

O&M Services for Sports Injury Centre Building

The company has also received a contract from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for operation and maintenance services of the New Sports Injury Centre (SIC) Building for a period of two years. The order value is approximately ₹31.99 crore (excluding GST), highlighting NBCC's expanding role in healthcare infrastructure management and facility services.

Both contracts were awarded in the ordinary course of business, with no related-party transactions involved. These orders reinforce NBCC's continued growth across construction, consultancy, and facility management verticals.
