New Delhi, March 28: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has received an overwhelming response to its two housing schemes in Narela, with over 700 flats booked within two days of launch, officials said on Friday.

The bookings commenced on March 26 on the occasion of Ram Navami and have witnessed enthusiastic participation from both retired government employees and the general public.

DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana

Under the 'DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana' 2025 , flats are offered exclusively to retired government employees. DDA recently offered an additional 936 flats in Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela.

DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana

The DDA stated that the strong response reflects growing public confidence in Narela's emergence as a modern sub-city of Delhi.

"Under the guidance of Lt Governor Delhi Taranjit Singh Sandhu, the DDA has recorded a strong and encouraging response to its housing schemes in Narela, reaffirming growing public confidence in the area's emergence as a modern sub-city of Delhi," an official statement said.
