New Delhi, April 20: The three new entities are:

  • Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Ltd

  • Adani Guwahati Airport City Ltd

  • Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Ltd

Business Scope

The new entities will undertake:

  • Real estate activities (construction, own/leased property)

  • Hotels with integrated restaurants, banquets, and business centres

Capital Structure

  • Paid-up capital: ₹10 lakh each

  • Ownership: Fully owned by Adani Airport City Ltd

Adani's Airport Portfolio

  • Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (incorporated 2019, 100% subsidiary of AEL)

  • 8 airports accounting for 25% of passenger footfalls and 33% of India's air cargo traffic

  • Airports managed: Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram

  • Holds 73% in Mumbai International Airport Ltd (which holds 74% in Navi Mumbai International Airport Ltd)

Expansion Plan

  • USD 15 billion expansion plan by 2030

  • Target capacity: 200 million annual passengers

  • Navi Mumbai airport: Recently opened (initial capacity 20 million passengers)

  • Overall airport capacity target: Over 60% increase

  • India air travel demand projection by 2030: Over 300 million passengers
