Jewar Airport Boosts Property Demand, Record Purchase of Agricultural and Industrial Plots in Noida
Greater Noida, April 20: In the financial year 2025-26, 925 industrial plots were sold in Noida, nearly double the 472 sold in 2024-25. Most of these industrial plots were purchased in the re-sale market.

Official Statement
Brijesh Kumar, AIG Second Registration Department, said: "Registration is being done only after verification. Purchase of agricultural land has increased in Jewar, while purchase of residential property has been higher in Dadri office. The figures for the last two financial years are almost similar."
Industry Note
While large industries are coming to the Yamuna Authority region due to the airport, only 86 industrial plot registrations took place there last year, including those in the Greater Noida area.
