Bengaluru, April 20: The proposed fundraise is expected to support the development of approximately 5.5 million sq ft of residential projects across key markets including Bengaluru, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.

Expansion Plans

  • Development pipeline: 5.5 million sq ft over next 18-24 months

  • Target markets: Bengaluru (Sarjapur, Hoskote), Kerala, Tamil Nadu

  • Evaluating entry into: Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam

Financial Targets

  • FY25 revenue: ~INR 850 crore

  • FY27 revenue target: ~INR 1,500 crore (nearly doubling in two years)

Segment Focus

  • Price range: INR 75 lakh – INR 1.5 crore

  • Customer base: Mid and upper-mid residential segments

  • Key demand driver: First-time homebuyers (end-users, not investors)

Existing Debt Funding

The company has previously secured debt funding of approximately INR 340 crore from lenders including:

  • Blacksoil

  • Kerala Financial Corporation

  • ASK

  • Aditya Birla Capital

Management Statement

Ramji Subramaniam, Managing Director, indicated that the company has already secured land parcels for upcoming developments and is also exploring partial exits from certain earlier investments as part of capital recycling and portfolio optimisation.
