The transaction, registered on January 9, 2026, lists Chakravarthi Vasudevan Ravi as the seller. The acquisition marks one of the significant high-value residential transactions in Chennai's luxury real estate market in recent months.

The property spans a land parcel of 12,831 sq ft, which translates to approximately 5 grounds and 831 sq ft (with one ground equivalent to 2,400 sq ft in Chennai's measurement system). The built-up area is approximately 10,500 sq ft, comprising:
