Lucknow Development Body Launches OTS for Around 4,000 Defaulters

Lucknow, April 18: Under the scheme, defaulters will get relief from penalties and compound interest and can clear dues to regularise ownership. Applications will be processed within three months.

Key Benefits

• Rebate for full payment within 30 days: 3%

• For dues above 50 lakh: One-third within 30 days, balance in instalments over six months

Help Desk & Camps

• Help desk set up at LDA office to assist applicants with online forms

• Special camps to be held across various schemes

LDA Directive

LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar has directed that no OTS application should be rejected or objected to at lower levels without his approval, to prevent unnecessary delays.
