Lucknow Civic Body Plans to Simplify Property Mutation Charges
The Lucknow Municipal Corporation proposal to simplify mutation charges on transfer and sale of residential and commercial properties will bring relief to owners. The proposal will be placed in the LMC House meeting.

Lucknow, April 15: At present, mutation fees are charged at higher flat rates – often around ₹5,000 or up to 1% of the property value, especially in cases of ancestral property transfer.
