Ludhiana Improvement Trust Organises Draw of Lots for 179 Atal Apartment Flats

Ludhiana, April 15: Local Bodies Minister Sanjeev Arora participated in the draw, held at Nehru Sidhant Kendra.

HIG flats (43): 571 applications
MIG flats (136): 963 applications

Possession Timeline

LIT Chairman Tarsem Bhinder assured successful allottees that possession of the flats would be handed over by the end of this year. Construction work at the project site in Karnail Singh Nagar on Pakhowal Road is progressing at a fast pace.

LIT is preparing to launch:

New one-bedroom and two-bedroom flat projects for low-income group
Commercial properties to cater to businesses

Government Assurance

Minister Arora assured applicants who did not figure in the draw that the government would roll out more housing schemes in the coming days.
