Haryana RERA's Gurugram Bench Approves 35 Projects in Jan-Apr 2026

Gurugram, May 8: Haryana RERA's Gurugram bench has approved 35 projects in the initial four months of 2026. Residential projects accounted for 23 of these approvals. The authority has also cleared all complaints filed up to 2024.

Total Approvals to Date

Till date, 1,057 projects have been approved by the authority, of which 825 projects are residential. This reflects the sustained activity in the real estate sector under regulatory oversight in Haryana.

Institutional Reforms Implemented

HARERA has implemented several institutional reforms including scrutiny of information submitted by real estate promoters at the time of project registration, introduction of mandatory project site inspections by domain experts, mandatory filing of quarterly progress reports (QPR), and public consultation through issuance of public notices as a mandatory prerequisite for project registration.

Complaint Clearance

The authority has also cleared all pending complaints filed up to 2024, demonstrating its commitment to timely dispute resolution and homebuyer protection. These measures are aimed at enhancing transparency and compliance in the real estate sector across Haryana.
