The contract involves the implementation of the Godabarisha Mishra Adarsha Prathamika Vidyalaya (GMAPV) Scheme – Phase II across 46 schools located in different districts of Odisha. The work will be executed under Project Management Consultancy (PMC) mode and aims to strengthen primary education infrastructure in the state.

The project value is ₹252.80 crore (excluding GST). The client is the Odisha School Education Programme Authority. The order has been awarded in the normal course of business and does not fall under related party transactions.
