Omaxe’s ₹250 Crore Investment in Lucknow

Omaxe Garv Buildtech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Group, will develop a residential project named Omaxe Cassia along Raebareli Road in Lucknow.

The project will feature eight towers offering 2BHK and 3BHK apartments and is expected to be completed within the next three years.

The development aims to cater to growing housing demand in Lucknow, particularly in emerging corridors with improved connectivity.

Brigade Expands Footprint in Hyderabad

In a separate development, Brigade Enterprises has acquired a 5.72-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation.

The land was purchased at a price of ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration costs. The company plans to develop a residential project on this site, further strengthening its presence in the Hyderabad market.

Growing Momentum in Tier-2 and Metro Markets
