HUDCO, NBCC Sign MoUs for Delhi Redevelopment and Asset Monetisation

New Delhi, April 13: The MoUs were signed on April 11, 2026.
MoU 1: Redevelopment of Delhi Property
The first MoU focuses on the redevelopment of a key property in the national capital:

Location: Block No. 25, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi

Land area: Approximately 18,830 sq m (leasehold plot)

Scope: Techno-economic feasibility study, construction and project management, monetisation of built-up space
MoU 2: Asset Monetisation
The second MoU is aimed at monetising assets under NBCC's self-sustainable model projects.

HUDCO's role: Provide funds for ongoing and upcoming projects (with Government of India permission)

NBCC's role: Project management and consultancy services
Validity
Both MoUs shall remain valid for 2 years from the date of execution, subject to annual review. Either party can exit by giving one month's written notice in advance.
Objective
The agreements are part of efforts to "reinforce cooperation and collaboration to leverage respective strengths" for project execution.
