Haryana RERA's Gurugram Bench Clears All Pending Cases Till 2024, Disposes 2,100+ Complaints

Gurugram, April 8: A total of 2,174 cases were pending as of March 31, 2025, including complaints dating back to 2018. These have now been adjudicated, leaving only cases filed in 2025 and thereafter for consideration.

Future Target
The regulator aims to reduce the average time for case disposal from the current 12-15 months to 6-9 months.
Overall Disposal Rate
According to data from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, HRERA Gurugram has disposed of about 93.6 per cent of the 17,893 complaints registered so far – among the highest disposal rates across states.
