GDA Launches 'Apni Zameen Apna Aasmaan' Scheme: 350 Plots in Madhuban Bapudham

Ghaziabad, May 9: GDA has launched the 'Apni Zameen Apna Aasmaan' scheme in Madhuban Bapudham. Online registration for approximately 350 plots in various categories will begin on May 11 and continue until May 25.

Plot Sizes and Pricing

Plots are available in sizes ranging from 40 sqm to 200 sqm. The Authority has set a price of ₹35,000 per sqm. All plots will be allotted through a draw. Selected allottees will get a discount of 4-6 per cent on lump sum payment, along with instalment payment options. The scheme is specially designed for those who prefer building their own home on their own land rather than flat culture.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or above. Neither the applicant nor any family member should own any property in Ghaziabad. Applicants should not have been allotted more than one residential plot or building by any government department in Uttar Pradesh.

Reservation and Official Statement

Reservation has been provided for various categories including SC, ST, OBC, differently-abled, ex-servicemen, and senior citizens. GDA Vice Chairman Nand Kishore Kalal said that the authority has launched this scheme for people of all classes. Applicants can register online for the scheme.
