New Delhi, May 9: Brigade Hotel Ventures is set to invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in Karnataka over the next five years for new projects and existing asset modernization. The company also plans a broader expansion, aiming to add 1,700 rooms with a capital outlay of ₹3,600 crore.

Nationwide Expansion Plan

BHVL has outlined a broader expansion plan under which it intends to add about 1,700 rooms over the next five years with a capital outlay of around ₹3,600 crore. This includes both new projects and upgrading existing hospitality assets across key locations.

Rebranded Kochi Hotel Opened

In a separate development, BHVL and Marriott International have opened Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark, an upgraded and rebranded property that was earlier operating as Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The 218-room hotel is located in Kakkanad, adjoining Infopark Kochi, and will cater to business, MICE and leisure travellers.

Meeting Facilities

The rebranded hotel features over 8,000 sq ft of meeting and event space across four venues. The company said the rebranding is part of its plan to upgrade hospitality assets in business locations, enhancing its presence in key corporate hubs.
