Greater Noida, May 9: Yamuna Authority's residential plot scheme has received 1,05,842 applications for 973 plots, with an average of 108 applicants per plot. The lottery will be conducted on June 18. The Authority has collected over 6,848 crore from 10 per cent registration fees.

Category-Wise Applications

The scheme closed on May 6. The 200 sqm category received the highest number of applications at 55,583, while the 162 sqm category received 46,912 applications. Both categories have the highest number of plots available.

Other category applications include 547 applications for 183 sqm plots, 528 for 184 sqm, 1,466 for 223 sqm, and 806 for 290 sqm plots.

Registration and Revenue

The Authority has collected over 6,848 crore from 10 per cent registration fees. Additionally, the Authority earned 7.69 crore from brochure sales.

Lottery Process

Shailendra Bhatia, ACEO of the Authority, said that after verification of applications, the list will be uploaded on the website. Applicants will get an opportunity to file objections. After the final list is issued, plots will be allotted through lottery on June 18.
