New Delhi, May 1, 2026: ACC, part of the Adani Cement group, reported a 11.03% decline in net profit for FY26, even as revenue and sales volumes showed strong growth.

Profit Declines, Revenue Rises

The company’s net profit stood at ₹2,137.23 crore, down from ₹2,402.27 crore in FY25.
However, total income increased by 14.66% to ₹26,363.79 crore, indicating healthy top-line growth.

Q4 Performance Mixed

In Q4 FY26:

• Revenue rose 14.11% to ₹7,198.52 crore
• Profit dropped sharply 68.27% to ₹238.30 crore

Despite the profit dip, the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales volume and revenue.

Strong Volume Growth

• Cement sales volume: 11.9 million tonnes (+8% YoY)
• Ready-mix concrete (RMC): 1.14 million cubic metres (+33% YoY)
• Capacity utilisation improved to 80%

Growth was supported by higher demand for trade and premium cement products.

Expansion Plans Ahead

ACC is set to expand capacity with projects in:

Salai Banwa, Uttar Pradesh
Kalamboli, Maharashtra

These expansions will add 3.4 MTPA capacity starting Q1 FY27.

Dividend Announcement

The board has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per share for FY26.

Outlook

While profitability faced pressure, strong volume growth and upcoming capacity additions position the company for long-term expansion.
