New Delhi, May 1, 2026: RR Kabel has reported a strong financial performance for FY26, with net profit rising 57.96% year-on-year to ₹492.21 crore, driven by robust demand in its core wires and cables business.

Strong Revenue Growth

The company’s total income increased by 27.5% to ₹9,778.78 crore, reflecting steady expansion across domestic and export markets.

Q4 Performance Remains Solid

In the fourth quarter:

• Revenue rose 33.52% to ₹2,977.07 crore
• Profit increased 30.07% to ₹167.95 crore

Wires & Cables Segment Leads Growth

The wires and cables segment continued to be the key growth driver:

• Segment revenue up 36.3% YoY
• Profit growth of 32.5%
• Margin expansion by 143 basis points

Exports also showed strong momentum despite global uncertainties.

Dividend Announcement

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.5 per share, in addition to the ₹4 interim dividend already paid during the year.

The company remains optimistic about continued growth, supported by infrastructure demand, export opportunities, and strong performance in its core segment.
