Gurugram, April 24: Formal directions have been issued to both developers and MCG, laying out a structured post-demolition plan with compliance to be submitted within 15 days.

Key Directives

  • Immediate removal of construction debris

  • Restoration of internal roads as per right of way approved in layout plans

  • No tolerance for re-encroachment (junior engineers tasked with regular inspections)

Jurisdiction

  • Where maintenance transferred to MCG: South City 1, Malibu Town, Ardee City, Rosewood City, Uppal Southend, Mayfield Garden, Vipul World, Sushant Lok phases, Greenwood City

  • Other colonies: Developers remain responsible
