Pune, April 24: Apartments that remain unsold after two lottery rounds can be offered under the FCFS scheme. MHADA's Pune Housing and Area Development Board (PHADA) will handle the online registration.

The authority is planning to reduce prices by 10-20% for unsold Mumbai flats on a case-by-case basis, factoring in ready reckoner rates.
