New Delhi, April 16: The hotel will be developed by SAMHI Skyline , a wholly-owned subsidiary, within Ingka Centres' proposed 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use development in Sector 51, Noida , which will include retail, office, and hospitality components.

Hotel Details

  • Number of rooms: 162

  • Built-up area: ~15,022 sq metres (within a dual-tower development)

  • Brand: International brand (to be finalised)

  • Lease structure: Long-term lease with rent linked to share of hotel's net operating revenue

Investment Structure

  • SAMHI invests in: Interior fit-outs and branding

  • Ingka Centres constructs: Core structure and related infrastructure

Renewable Energy Investments

The board approved investments to source renewable energy for its hotel portfolio:

  • Clean Max Nile: 49% equity stake (~₹1.46 crore)

  • Clean Max Solomon: 49% equity stake (~₹1.46 crore)

Purpose: Group captive solar power procurement for hotel assets in Maharashtra and Karnataka

Subsidiary Investment

The board approved an investment of ₹44.01 crore in its subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad), through acquisition of compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares from another group entity.
