New Delhi, April 16: The hotel will be developed by SAMHI Skyline , a wholly-owned subsidiary, within Ingka Centres' proposed 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use development in Sector 51, Noida , which will include retail, office, and hospitality components.

Subsidiary Investment
The board approved an investment of ₹44.01 crore in its subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad), through acquisition of compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares from another group entity.
