Brigade Group to Jointly Develop 8.83 Acres Land in East Bengaluru with 7,200 Crore GDV
Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement for an 8.63-acre parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, as part of a 39-acre residential township with an estimated gross development value of approximately 7,200 crore.
Bengaluru, April 16: The overall land assembly for the township is being undertaken through a combination of outright purchase and joint development agreements.
